1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the CAD training services provided by inktank GmbH ("we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you" or "your"). By booking our training sessions, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Training Services

We offer professional CAD training in:

• Concept Modeling – Fundamentals and quick model-building for design processes.
• A-Class Surfacing – Precision modeling for high-quality, manufacturable surfaces.
• Blender Modeling – Polygonal modeling for design, visualization, and presentation.
• Blender Visualization – Rendering, lighting, and material creation for high-quality visuals.

Our training is available as:

• Workshops – Short-term intensive training sessions.
• Long-Term Training – Structured programs with regular progress meetings.
• Individual or Group Training – Sessions tailored for professionals and teams.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• All training sessions require prior booking through direct consultation.
• Training schedules are flexible but subject to availability.
• Any changes to scheduled sessions must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing is discussed during the consultation and customized based on the training scope.
• Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement before training begins.
• Late payments may result in a delay or cancellation of scheduled sessions.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice at no extra cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative dates.

6. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, documentation, and resources provided are for personal or internal business use only.
• Clients may not distribute, reproduce, or resell training materials without written consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Our training is designed to enhance your skills but does not guarantee specific project outcomes or employment.
• We are not responsible for any software, hardware, or technical issues you may encounter during or after the training.

8. Confidentiality

• Any information shared during the training, including project discussions, will remain confidential.
• We expect the same confidentiality from clients regarding our proprietary training methods and materials.

9. Technical Requirements

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software (Alias, Blender, etc.), hardware, and a stable internet connection for online training.
• We provide guidance on system setup but do not offer IT support for technical issues unrelated to training.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
